Semi-Annual Apartment Report
Commission by the Triangle Apartment Association,

each apartment community surveyed including
poperty amenities, occupancy/vacancy Levels,
unit features and mix, and rental rates. In addition

Semi-Annual Pipeline Report
Commissioned by the Triangle Apartment Association,
Karnes Research tracks apartment communities that
are in the pipeline (are under construction or
proposed). This compliment to the Semi-Annual
Apartment Report keeps apartment professionals up
to date on the latest in development between
Semi-Annual surveys. The Pipeline Report covers
the local economy, apartments under construction
and proposed, apartments completed, net leasing,
and rental rates in new developments.
